Course Overview
One in 13 children have food allergies; 40% of them have had severe allergic reactions. While food in Canada is relatively safe, we still must be aware of what we are consuming. This course enlightens us as to the different types of bacteria found in food, as well as nutrition, reading labels, different types of fat and cholesterol, antioxidants, food additives, and genetically modified foods. This course is a must for any parent.
